a. Subscription Services: Users who have subscribed to our software services can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

b. Termination by Aapka Institute: Aapka Institute reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user for violation of our Terms & Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary. In such cases, users will be notified, and access to the service will be terminated.

2. Refund Policy:

a. Refund Eligibility: Aapka Institute offers a 7 days money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. Refund requests beyond this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

b. Refund Procedure: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your refund request. Please include your name, contact information, and the reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

c. Refund Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided for subscription cancellations after the initial 7 days period. Additionally, refunds will not be granted for services that have been terminated due to a user's violation of our Terms & Conditions.
